It was built here, shaped over centuries by the different cultures that made Fez home — Andalusian refugees, Amazigh traditions, Arab influence, Jewish communities who lived and cooked in this city for generations. What ended up on the plate is layered in the best possible way.

We’ll walk you through the medina with a licensed local guide, stopping at seven or more spots along the way. Not a tasting here and there — a real progression through the flavors and food culture that make Fez what it is. You’ll eat well.
